PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
This role holder will b e responsible for t rain ing employees (new or existing) to meet and exceed performance, quality, end - user satisfaction and other key operational metrics by providing guidance, support and education. They are also expected to perform Training Needs Analysis and design training content as needed.

1. Conduct New Hire Training to educate new employees about the organization, client and related
product and processes.
2. Facilitate refresher and remedial trainings to upskill, cross skill employees or to support performance concerns.
3. Coach and mentor employees to enable transfer of learning.
4. Support Training Needs Analysis when requested and communicate the outcome to the Training Manager.
5. Develop material and coordinate the execution of training initiatives for virtual or live classroom sessions.
6. Dr ive completion of training across the account as per the target timelines.
7. Keep self updated on client policy and process changes and participate in calibration and Process Knowledge Tests.
8. Maintain and publish training reports as needed.
9. Evaluate training performance through learner feedback and trainee performance.
10. Work with internal team to conduct informal/formal training needs assessments, identify training gaps, and drive improvements to training curriculum and/or delivery .

1. Higher, secondary specialized education
2. Bachelor’s degree is preferred
3. Completion of an internal development initiative for trainers
3. Overall 2+ years of experience in the Trust & Safety domain and client relevant product and policy knowledge
4. 1+ years client s ervice - related work experience.
5. 1+years of experience as trainer in a client or service delivery environment (for external hires).
6. Fluent in English and regional language as per the requirement
