Tubing Attendant
The Tubing Attendant is responsible for the ensuring the smooth and safe operation of Sugar Rush Tubing facility. They are responsible for providing a high level of customer service and safety to all guests and coworkers.
Be a part of a team that works to ensure that day to day tubing operations including but not limited to opening and closing procedures, Parking, Tickets, Food & Beverage and Retail, Security and Patrol operations.
Responsible for safety of tubing employees and guests, able to detect & report abnormal surface lift and tubing equipment sounds or conditions
Instruct and assist guests with safe Tube loading and unloading practices
Must be able to use good judgment and make quick, sound decisions to prevent accidents or improve safety
Must be able to function effectively with minimum supervision
Must be able and willing to shovel, rake and clear snow & maintain snow base at load and unload areas
Maintain log of hours for lifts and other safety logs
Work with Tubing Manager and to report inspections, safety concerns maintenance etc
Perform daily lift operations, maintenance and Dailey set up/take down
Maintain tube Inventory, proper inflation levels, Patch, repair or discard tubes as needed
Keep logs of condition of tubes. Report to manager to replace and or if problem occur
Assist in the documentation of all incidents involving guests and/or employees that occur at Sugar Rush
Ability to provide a fun and positive work environment
Must have superior guest service skills including professional appearance and demeanor
Must be available for a part time (2 days a week) or full time (5 days a week) including weekends, evenings and holidays
Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail and ability to make decisions resulting in customer safety
Ability to develop and maintain professional and positive relationships with external groups
Must be flexible due to a constantly changing environment
Must be proactive and be able to work independently with little or no supervision
Ability to work outdoors in all temperature/weather extremes
