Job Description:

· An Underwriter (Analyst) is the secondary level of review of small to mid-market business credit applications up their approved signing authority.

· They must display proficiency in utilizing commercial credit data, financial documents, business models, and industry trends to arrive at a decision that mitigates loss and reduces risk to Client..

· Support developed and execution of system automation, process, and policy standardization.

· Performs in-depth financial analysis data utilizing ratios, trends, and credit profile to underwrite credit applications, with exposures: $150,000.

· Oversees credit application process to include business verification and determine credit limits for all channels (except Enterprise) within Client for Business.

· Prepares comprehensive business cases above their authority level to present a recommendation.

· Responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.

· Effectively corresponds to internal and external partner via message, email and phone call.
