Overview:
The University Recruitment Associate is responsible for planning and executing ATI Events delivering to the overall experience and objectives. This role is responsible for ensuring the event is within budget and meets overall leadership and participant expectations.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for planning and supporting of university career fair events including registration for on campus events and managing all forms of communication and elements of event planning, and evaluating value and cost effectiveness in accordance to strategy
  • Responsible for university engagements; including event activation, participation, effectiveness, and reporting.
  • Provide corporate event and recruiting activation by serving as main point of contact
o Manage all pre-event aspects, including logistics and planning, site selection, staff assignments for event participation and registration
o Responsible for event execution, problem solving and decision making
o Manage post-event budget reconciliation
o Serve as primary planner for all elements of corporate and local events, including site selection, contract negotiation and execution, all elements of event planning such as event agendas, shipping and organizing materials (banners, giveaways, brochures
  • Manage registration systems, job postings and landing pages
o Design event registration sites and maintain responsibility for all event activation components, including pre-, during, and post-event communications and surveys
o Manage external job postings sites such as Handshake and other third party postings for university recruitment
  • Execute programs to help employees live the brand
o Manage logistics of branded apparel and promotional supplies, manage supply for company-wide recruiting events
  • Act as point of contact for Talent Acquisition Home office which includes ordering office supplies for HR/TA, coordination and preparation of interview and meeting spaces and other logistical and administrative duties to facilitate smooth operation of corporate office space
Qualifications:
Minimum Education
Required:
  • Associates Degree
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree

Minimum Experience
Required:
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in recruiting, onboarding, or program management
  • Prior working experience in an ATS
Preferred:
  • Physical Therapy or other relevant

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
  • Strong administrative skills, documentation skills, and detail-orientation and a demonstrated proficiency with reporting tools and databases
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to quickly master internal and external systems and platforms
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective organizational skills and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize changing workloads
  • Strong attention to detail
