Job description

CMR Construction & Roofing is looking for an experienced Roofing Production Supervisor. The Roofing Production Supervisor will supervise all assigned job sites and ensure that all projects assigned meet the customers' specifications and manufacturers' specifications. The Roofing Supervisor will also be responsible for meeting required building codes, achieving superior quality and reliability levels.

Essential Functions:

• Proactively work to minimize or eliminate call backs or warranty work
• Proactively work to ensure that water intrusion events on work in progress or completed do not occur
• Notate and communicate to Chief Quality Control Inspector and Production Manager any issues that may impair quality or safety
• Prepare all necessary reports as required by Company Policy
• Ensure that all Company Safety Procedures are followed
• Deliver materials as needed to the jobs, and removes leftover materials from the job site in collaboration with the subcontractors
• Provide training and coaching to subcontractors on how to correct deficiencies and prevent their reoccurrence
• Ensure compliance with job site safety plans and Company Safety Procedures
• Assist in resolving customer service related issues
• Other tasks as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years Residential Roofing experience
• Intermediate to expert knowledge of various types of roofing systems
• 1-2 years of management/supervisory experience
• Effective communication both written and verbal skills required
• Must have the ability to teach and train others effectively and efficiently
• Strong software and hardware skills that enables the usage of Company Project Management systems required
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's licenses and a clean driving record during the duration of employment (Driving record must be clean based on the Company's Insurer's standards)
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background and motor vehicle record check

Physical Requirements:

• Must have the physical strength to safely lift and move items that may weight up to 100 pounds
• Be able to stand, walk, kneel, or crouch for extended periods
• Able to climb an standard ladder or scaffolding
• Able to work in hot climates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
