User Support/Inventory Coordinator
Job description
This position serves as the primary Administrator and Information Technology personnel, coordinates the agency’s overall information technology system including support, performs web maintenance activities and network coordination and access to systems, responsible for computer software licensing renewals, monitor and disseminates HAB systems upgrades, provide support for printers and copiers troubleshooting, implements the agency's data systems, administers associated databases, extracts and analyzes data, ensures data is utilized to create data-driven strategic plans. Works with preexisting software systems and may build new databases to better organize needed data. Supports users to determine the what or why of a problem, end-user training, data correction, or submitting problems to higher-level support or the software vendor for programming assistance or modifying electronic forms and ad-hoc reports. In addition, this position coordinates the agency inventory of durable goods and supplies. Tracks inventory by physically counting all supply items; entering inventory data into computer; and organizing inventory data in spreadsheet. Update and computerize inventory. Conduct quality control of the agency’s supply inventory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.81 - $31.63 per hour
