TRINITY BAR AND KITCHEN – DFW AIRPORT- UTILITY

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

We are now hiring warehouse/restaurant utility workers for our Trinity Bar and Kitchen inside the DFW Airport Terminal D Extension. We are seeking experienced restaurant utility applicants that have no less that 2 years working on the line in a national brand concept such as Chili's, BJ's Brewhouse, Cheddars, Olive Garden, Texas Roadhouse, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL POSITIONS ARE LISTED BELOW:

1) You must possess two valid forms of government issued identification that are in great condition - no tears, creases, lamination, etc.

2) You must be able to pass an FBI Fingerprint check to obtain a security badge

3) You must have FULL availability to work on Friday, Saturday and Sunday

4) You must have reliable transportation to the Airport

UTILITY:

Applicants for this position need no prior experience as training will be provided. This position will stock product in the location from a downstairs storage area and receive product deliveries. This position may also prepare or prep food when needed for the business day which may include cutting, portioning, and packaging. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and meet all physical requirements of the position. They must understand the job duties including cleaning, sweeping, mopping, working in close quarters, working in extreme heat and cold as they transition from the walk-in to the cook line, taking trash, and other cleaning work that will require them to lift up to 30 pounds.

Working extensively with mechanized cutting, slicing and mixing equipment and hot cooking appliance such as ovens, ranges and steamers. This position may work in hot, close quarters for extended periods, with occasional entrance to refrigerated storage areas. This position requires employees to lift up to 30 pounds with frequent bending, stooping and twisting. He/She works the entire shift on their feet so the ability to stand 100% during the entire shift is required.
