Position Details
Located in Tucson, AZ, the Utilization and Compliance Coordinator will serve as internal auditor for Devereux Arizona programs and services, ensuring consistent compliance with regulatory, funder, and accreditation requirements. This position supports and contributes to the overall performance of the center regarding quality and compliance for services rendered and revenue earned.

Position Details
Pay Range: $18.50-$20.35/hr. (based on education/experience)
Hybrid Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (work from home and in-office, some travel required)

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of related experience
- Proficient with MS Office products, email, internet, database/dashboard, and Electronic Health Record navigation
- Some travel required
Other:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (OR eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)
- Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable)
- Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results
- Must attend the one (1) week paid New Hire Orientation; Mon-Fri (8:30am-5:00pm) follow by 3 weeks of on the job training
