UVM is Looking for Master of Public Health Ambassadors!

You’ll be a connection to UVM’s Master of Public Health program and inspire students to consider UVM when advancing their education in public health.

Do you have what it takes to be a UVM MPH Ambassador? You do if you:

• Have the drive: You are motivated to go above and beyond in all aspects of life. You enjoy planning activities and go the extra mile to ensure they are properly put into action.
• Are involved: You consider yourself a mover and shaker. You participate in UVM MPH extracurriculars (i.e.; internships, volunteering, guest speaking engagements, etc.) and have school pride. You’re active on social media channels, especially LinkedIn and Instagram with a solid following.
• Have stoke: You are super keen, and this energy translates into enthusiasm for sharing the benefits of UVM’s MPH program, as well as the field of public health.
• Got it covered: You are organized, meet deadlines, follow directions, and can create clear, concise, and timely content that reflects positively on our UVM’s MPH program.
• You’ll help UVM spread awareness through a variety of online activities, and report back to us about the impactful work you’re doing.

Timing: This program will run for four months, starting in February and wrapping up in May.

Qualifications:

• You are currently in the UVM MPH program, or are a recent alum.
• You know UVM. You love UVM.
• You are willing to share the MPH value with your social media networks (~1 post every week).
• You are flexible when it comes to changes and can easily adapt when challenges arise.
• You are creative and fun and won’t be shy about sharing your ideas with us.
• You are hardworking, reliable, and organized—you communicate and get the job done in a professional and timely manner.

Hours required: About 2-4 hours per week during the three-month program. This may fluctuate slightly up or down depending on the week and activation but not by much.
