The Vehicle Acquisition Specialist is tasked with acquiring vehicles for the store via incoming leads and the service drive. This position is responsible to contact acquisition opportunities, using all means of follow up to set appointments for in-person appraisals. This position is responsible for meeting with the clients, conducting condition reviews, presenting buy bids to clients, ensuring integrity of all necessary paperwork, and ensuring timely processing of paperwork to business oce.

Pay Scale Information

$71000 - $160000 / year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including hourly pay, bonuses, overtime, benefits (vacation and sick), etc. The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 per hour. Bonuses range from $30,000 to $120,000 per year based on performance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Valid California sales license or ability to obtain a sales license

• Contact private party used car sellers who have completed Kelly Blue Book instant Cash offer leads
• Offer every customer in our service drive their own Kelly blue book instant cash offer appraisal
• Purchase used vehicles online by utilizing used car sites
