Job description
- Greet customers and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand proper food preparation technique and follow recipes
- Maintain required logs and meet industry requirements
- Maintain a clean environment, and assist with dishwashing
- Cook in bulk without generating waste
- Understand operation and safety of commercial kitchen equipment
- Must have basic computer skills (knowledge of Google Suite and navigating a point of sale system is a plus)
Applicants must be able to lift approximately 40 lbs, be able to be on their feet for long periods of time, and function under high stress situations. Applicants must follow directions, exhibit good communication skills, take pride in individual performance as well as teamwork, and provide efficient, courteous service. Basic computer skills are a must.
This is a "PRN" position, and hours will vary as needed. Weekends may be required.
Food handlers permit and some training required.
