Newberg Veterinary Hospital is hiring a long-term full time receptionist (33-40hours per week)! This position is available now. We are looking for an energetic, friendly, self-motivated, fast learning, and open-minded candidate to join our very busy 7 doctor, small animal, practice. We are committed to being the leader in accessible, knowledgeable and experienced care. We partner with every client to provide the best options for their pets in a compassionate, family environment.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

- Answering a multiple line phone system, answering questions and screening

- Checking in appointments and surgeries

- Entering data into Avimark

- Greeting clients

- Scheduling appointments

- Assisting with medication, food, and supply purchases

- Process invoices and payments

- Maintaining the cleanliness of the office

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
