ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a VP, Supply Chain Strategy to identify, evaluate, and execute initiatives across our supply chain network. The leader's responsibilities include performing in-depth analysis to define network design and capability plans; leading strategic business analysis to define and sequence capabilities to meet short and long-term goals. This leader will build supply chain modeling capabilities to enable strong end-to-end decision making between the procurement, distribution, inventory, and transportation functions as well as across the enterprise.

• Create and implement a supply chain strategy; this entails frequent interaction with C-suite/executive leadership and strong delivery presentation skills

• Building supply chain modeling capabilities to enable strong end-to-end decision making between the procurement, distribution, inventory, and transportation functions as well as across the enterprise

• Enabling end-to-end operations excellence by identifying opportunities and prioritizing continuous improvement projects across multiple locations

• Evaluating and securing appropriate funding for growth initiatives including operating expenditure, capital expenditure, etc.

• Driving supply chain efficiency/effectiveness as well as solutions to meet ever changing customer service expectations, as well as in support of the overall business strategy

• Fostering collaborative relationships with other leaders and serving as a role model for thought leadership

• Establish performance metrics and benchmarks related to supply chain planning and replenishment processes

• Implement KPIs that drives accountability and improvement in both operational and financial metrics

• Defining/developing the capabilities and enablers for the "supply chain of the future"; testing new scenarios and equipping operations to be ready to perform against heightened capabilities

• Working with the team to explore opportunities on M&A integration, business case development, long- range capacity planning needs

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or supply chain field. MBA preferred.

• Minimum of 12+ years of experience within Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics with progressive scope of responsibility

• Strong understanding of warehouse management/order fulfillment systems, and transportation management methods

• Deep knowledgebase of data-driven analytics, metrics, KPIs to measure and drive results

• Experience effectively managing large budgets including capital expenditure and growth projects/initiatives
