Sugar Bowl Resort is hiring Village Services Concierge Team Members to join our Front Office Team. Provide Sugar Bowl Resort Homeowners with elevated service, while demonstrating excellence, grace, and grit.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Monitor the arrivals and departures of homeowners
• Maintain records of work orders, dispatch tickets, housekeeping requests, and any other interaction with homeowners
• Assist with vendor scheduling
• Coordinate transportation for homeowners
• Answer phones and questions on a daily basis
• Assist the coordination of any additional services homeowners request
• Assist with daily billing of homeowner charges if needed
• Sell ticket and pass products to homeowners
• Sell lesson products to homeowners and their guests
• Work closely with Village Services Manager to ensure work orders and dispatch tickets are fulfilled and billed in a timely fashion
• Work closely with Housekeeping Manager on scheduling housekeeping
• Provide information on services at Sugar Bowl, Lake Tahoe, and surrounding areas
• Shovel snow as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Clear and concise written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a high stress, fast paced environment
• Be willing to provide excellent customer service
• Basic computer skills
• Positive Attitude and ability to work independently
