Job Summary:
We are looking for a Virtual Health and Wellness Coach to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching and guiding clients to reach their health and wellness goals through virtual consultations and personalized plans. You will work closely with clients to understand their individual needs and create customized plans that fit their lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual consultations with clients to assess their health and wellness needs and goals
- Develop personalized plans for clients that include nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle recommendations
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to clients to ensure they stay on track with their goals
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to plans as needed
- Collaborate with other coaches and health professionals to provide comprehensive support to clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest health and wellness trends and research
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., health sciences, nutrition, exercise science)
- Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a recognized certification program (e.g., ACE, Wellcoaches, NBHWC)
- Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience in a virtual setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of clients
- Passion for health and wellness and a desire to help others achieve their goals
