The VP of Payor Solutions is a role that sits within the B2B Commercial Team.

This role will be based in the US and fully remote, with some travel to customer meetings and industry conferences required. This role will report directly to the SVP of Payor Solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Selling LetsGetChecked suite of home testing and related services into both existing and new customers in the US Health Plan market
  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline metrics, awarded deals and closed deals to meet or exceed company goals
  • Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers, brokers/consultants, and influencers
  • Gather market feedback and help set the strategic direction of the business
  • Partner with the Director of Enterprise Marketing to achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline
  • Manage rigorous processes for deal management and forecasting
  • Provide transparent and candid feedback and ask for the same in return
  • Work closely with product/marketing teams to prepare sales presentations and other collateral that proactively and effectively address the questions and concerns of prospective customers
  • Partner with the Client Success team to ensure a seamless Sales to Service transition
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and meetings

What we are looking for…..

  • Passion for helping people to live better and healthier lives.
  • Experience working in and/or selling into the US Health Plan market (5+ Years of Experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of success selling into this space, with an existing set of relevant industry connections to drive revenue growth
  • An agile team-player who thrives in fast-paced environments who can handle ambiguity while being an advocate for customers.
  • An expert in deal management; someone who is driven to close and win
  • Experience with relevant systems including Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite
