Our 60-Year-Old Client in Wagoner Has A Leg Fracture. Daily Wound Care Is Required.

Job Details:

• Wound Care
• Infection Prevention
• Provide thoughtful care to client & patients based on personalized Plan of Care
• Monitor and track changes in the client/patient’s conditions and needs, and keeps the Clinical Supervisor and any other appropriate personnel informed
• Proactively updates client/patients’ family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns
• Responsible for long term care assessments, wound care, new employee competencies, occasional antibiotic infusions, and other RN services as needed.
