Summary

Knowledgeable and efficient in use of Order Communication System, Electronic Patient File, ED computerized log maintenance and statistics, and discharge instructions. Maintains responsibility for accurate transcription of physicians’ orders, processing paper work, maintaining records and supplies, and handling communications in order to provide a more effective and organized patient care area. Displays superior customer service skills with all customers: Physicians, hospital staff, patients and families. Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications
Education

Required: High school diploma or equivalent

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: Healthcare provider BLS. Must possess certificate of completion of EKG Arrhythmia course, must pass EKG/Arrhythmia Exam prior to hire and annually thereafter.

Pay Range: $19.50 - $23.41

Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience
