Warehouse Systems Administrator:

Ensure that all system inventory balances are accurate, and all inventory movement activity is classified and recorded properly.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter or monitor all inventory related transactions for Finished Goods

• Monitor movement of production to warehouse staging area.
• Monitor movement of finished goods from the staging area to the holding bins.
• Reconcile daily production to goods received and stored in the warehouse.
• Monitor movement of finished good within the warehouse to ensure Bin Location Accuracy is maintained
• Record shipment transactions for Finished Goods
• Monitor invoicing and invoice correction activity to ensure inventory movements are recorded correctly.

Plan and monitor all activity related to weekly Finished Goods cycle counts and month-end inventory counts.

• Determine bins to be counted
• Assign count activity to warehouse personnel.
• Generate are require forms and reports
• Enter count information, analyze variances, post count transactions, and generate reporting.

Reconcile 3PL inventory balances to ACC Process Pro, follow-up on discrepancies and initiate corrective actions.

Enter or monitor all inventory related transactions for Raw Material and Packaging Material. Assumes Process Pro has been implemented for all Raw Material inventory activity

• Monitor recording of material receipts into Process Pro
• Monitor PO discrepancies and initiate corrective action.
• Review shift production schedule and monitor goods issue transactions.
• Review shift material usage and monitor floor to warehouse returns.
• Work with Operations System Admin to ensure transaction are properly recording material usage and RM inventory balances
• Monitor all activity at outside storage locations. Ensure that material movement transactions are recorded properly and reconcile outside warehouse inventory records Process Pro balances.

Experience Preferred:

• Knowledge of Warehouse Operations
• Transactional ERP Systems Experience
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated identify and resolve process and technical issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
