As a hybrid Warehouse, Delivery Driver, and Sales Associate you will be challenged and prompted to grow your career. CED Helena is continuously evolving and seeking their next team player. This individual will create a cohesive work environment, is eager to learn, organized, has a keen eye for logistics, and is driven to develop into an essential sales role over time. In this competitive, fast-paced industry, you will be able to quickly retain knowledge of products and electrical systems through a variety of on-the-job training. You will be involved in the day-to-day warehouse management, deliveries, shipping and receiving freight, order picking, product stocking, warehouse organization, entering and filling customers' orders, sales calls and more.

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Take inbound customer calls and online orders
• Prepare orders for delivery/will-call
• Timely follow-up with customers on their orders and materials
• Take pride in all warehouse organization and operations
• Create Sales Registers
• Enroll in NAED Electrical Product and Education Course
• Receive and forward customer and vendor feedback, actively implement solutions
• Exceed customer expectations, ensure our customers’ orders are cared for and accurate
• Effectively communicate and aid the inside and outside sales team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to safely operate equipment including, but not limited to a forklift (certification provided on the job), pallet jacks, etc.
• Ability to squat, kneel, bend, and twist for extended periods of time
• 1+ years of warehouse/delivery experience preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 2+ years of sales experience, retail or B2B
• Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future)

Working Conditions: General office and warehouse conditions. Occasional operation of warehouse equipment and driving of a work truck for local deliveries. Periodically lift up to 50+ lbs.
