Dawson Jones is a retail store fixture company. We are looking to hire a new warehouse employee with a strong work ethic to join our team.

Warehouse employees are responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and storing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders, as well as organizing the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Report any discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

Skills

• Proven working experience as a warehouse worker
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Current forklift license (not required)
• High school degree or GED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
