(Gilton) operates a transloading facility from our site in Joplin, Missouri, where we broker freight utilizing rail and truck (vans and bulk) delivery through-out the U.S and worldwide. Warehouse Position

Our Warehouse position plays a key role in the efficient day-to-day operations of our business by ensuring that our warehouse is maintained in support of our team of drivers.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Responsible for performing, with supervision, all functional activities for the warehouse. Key duties will include:

• Loading pneumatic tankers and bottom hopper trailers
• Perform preventative maintenance as needed
• Ensuring that all necessary documents are filled out and turned in on time
• Strong attention to detail and ensuring that all SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) are followed at all times
• Stays productive at all times (loading trailers, performing preventative maintenance, cleaning, etc.)
• Reports to Manager/Supervisor on daily basis for instructions
• Adheres to and reinforces all company safety rules and procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned

LOCATION: JOPLIN, MISSOURI / WEBB CITY, MISSOURI

Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

• Forklift certified or has previous forklift experience
• Must be on time for work shift
• Flexible with working hours
• A team player and willing to help others
• Good communication skills

Physical: This position requires frequent physical movement, to include standing, sitting, bending, stooping, walking, climbing, kneeling, reaching, handling and rotation.
