Jubilee currently has openings for Donor Services Associates (Dock Associates) at our Palmyra and Myerstown locations.
Status: Full Time / Part Time (up to 28 hours); Non-Exempt
Purpose: To serve people coming to donate items or pick up purchases at our docks
Qualifications:
Supervisory experience
Ability to relate well with people
Good organizer
Mature individual
Willing to adhere to Jubilee’s Mission Statement, Core Values, Statement of Beliefs, Position
Statements, and Employee Code of Conduct
Working Conditions/Physical Factors: Occasionally= 1-33% Frequently= 34-66% Continuously= 67%-100%
Lifting- Continuously
Lifting large/heavy items- Frequently
On Feet- Walking/Standing/Assisting Customers- Continuously
Working Outside- Continuously
Interacting with Customers/Donors- Continuously
Use of pallet jack- Occasionally
Duties:
1. Assist in the receiving of donations at Lebanon Dock.
2. Assist in the loading of sold items into customer vehicles.
3. Assist in sorting of donated product.
4. Assist in other dock operations as time allows and as directed by Manger or supervisor.
5. Keep area around dock clean of trash and organized.
6. Assist in keeping dock areas safe and accessible during wintertime.
7. Participate in staff meetings and team activities.
8. Other duties as assigned.
