Lighting First is a dynamic and expanding business serving Southwest Florida since 1984. Our mission is to provide our customers with the best value in residential contract lighting, ceiling fans and home accessories with the latest fashions from the top brands in the industry.

We have three showrooms in Naples, Bonita Springs & Fort Myers and have an immediate opening in our Bonita Springs location for a Warehouse Associate.

The Warehouse Associate position requires someone with the following attributes and/or values (prior lighting experience not required):

· Team oriented and someone that enjoys helping colleagues

· Ability to execute standard operating procedures day-in and day-out; dotting "Is" and crossing "Ts" every time

· Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Can lift heavy boxes and work in a non-air conditioned environment on a daily basis

· Self-starter, positive attitude, takes care of themselves, intends to be living in Southwest Florida for the foreseeable future, optimistic world view

Position responsibilities:

· Handle deliveries and transfer of merchandise between showrooms

· Driving a box truck

· Pulling orders for installation, transfers, delivery, warehousing or carry-out

· Assist sales personnel as needed

· Receiving freight and small parcel shipments

· Assist in new display merchandising & assembly

· Maintain showroom cleanliness

· Maintain fleet cleanliness

Start date: At Once

Hours: 40 hours in season; 36-40 hours in summer. ***This position requires some work on Saturdays (10-5)***

Compensation: Hourly, commensurate with experience; complete benefits package
