Your responsibilities

Summary of Position:

In a warehouse environment, perform a variety of activities related to the storage and
shipping of raw material and/or finished product in order to support the overall operation and exceed customer expectations.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Perform sorting, stacking, cleaning, washing, stocking and inspection of cartons,
    pallets, or parts as assigned to support the operation
  • Assist in filling and packaging orders and completing paperwork according to
    instructions
  • Operate cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment to move/deliver stock
  • Assist machine operators with a variety of functions as required to support the
    operation
  • Perform general clean-up activities
  • Maintain all equipment in working condition; report issues or breakdowns to Supervisor or Lead immediately
  • Train others when required

  • Participate, support, and comply with all health, safety, quality, compliance and Lean
    initiatives, requirements, and/or trainings
  • Ability to access and work in SAP or other Warehouse Management System
  • Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes/Competencies

Qualifications


Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, and speak and understand fluent English
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to use and understand scanning technology
  • Meet ITAR compliance – This position requires access to export-controlled technical data. Employment is contingent upon OneBox’s ability to obtain all necessary export authorizations

Preferred requirements:

  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Ability to use hand-held measuring tools
  • Proficiency with the computer beyond the basic level
