DESCRIPTION
This is an ideal position for a student looking for part time hours! Flexible hours, great company culture and relaxed work environment. This role is responsible for processing incoming warranty claims from ZAGG franchisees and all franchise partners. This role is primarily focused on counting and reconciling product warranty claims and updating the appropriate ZAGG systems. This role also supports shipping and receiving operations for our corporate office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing and record warranty product shipments (Return Merchandise Authorization)
- Maintain warehouse work environment
- Dispose of counted and recorded RMA’s
- Communicate with Franchisees via email and phone concerning variances with their RMA’s
- Shipping and receiving as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma required.
- LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, write, type, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with customers, other business departments, guests, and vendors. Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for 2-4 hours at a time. Must have the ability to type, reach, manipulate computer and phone systems, handle or feel objects and must have the ability to use the telephone (both with verbal and written communication). The employee frequently is required to use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects and phones. The employee must be able to lift 30-50 lbs. Must have visual acuity for color and fine detail.
