As a Warehouse Manager at NPI, your goal is to lead and optimize the warehouse operations to ensure efficient and seamless processes that meet the company's objectives and customer satisfaction. Aim to create a high-performance team and foster a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.

Specifically, strive to achieve the following:

Operational Excellence: Implement strategies to enhance the overall efficiency and productivity of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination. Streamline processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and utilize technology to optimize operations and reduce costs.

Team Leadership and Development: Build a cohesive and motivated team by providing clear direction, setting performance expectations, and promoting a positive work environment. Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, ensuring a skilled workforce capable of meeting evolving business needs.

Safety and Compliance: Prioritize workplace safety by implementing and enforcing rigorous safety protocols, promoting a safety-first culture, and regularly conducting training sessions. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines.

Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, accurate inventory levels, and effective communication with customers. Monitor customer feedback and take proactive measures to address any issues or concerns promptly.

Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing lean principles, regularly evaluating processes, and identifying opportunities for optimization. Encourage employee involvement in problem-solving and innovation initiatives to drive efficiency gains and cost savings.

Performance Measurement and Reporting: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor warehouse performance, including productivity, accuracy, and order fulfillment metrics. Generate regular reports and analysis to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and present findings to senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
