Summary

The purpose of this position is to manage all aspects of warehouse inventory at our Central Florida location including organization, tracking material, creating lean processes, and managing warehouse staff. The Warehouse Manager directly supports field service activities to ensure effective and efficient delivery of customer service.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Establish and preserve high customer service expectations, preserving established integrity.
  • Recruit, select, and train warehouse personnel.
  • Direct, supervise, and coach all warehouse personnel, ensuring proper techniques are followed. Monitor performance and provide coaching when needed.
  • Develops and monitors appropriate assignment of tasks, clearly communicates expectations, and adjusts staff levels and resolves conflicts when necessary. Ensures appropriate tools and resources are available. Leads the development of employees and teams by providing constructive feedback, coaching, and educational and growth opportunities.
  • Prepares and manages budgets, schedules expenditures, and initiates corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain ongoing service training program for warehouse personnel, including technical information, problem solving, and customer resolution.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience managing a warehouse that supplies, furnishes, and installs product
  • Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience managing personnel
  • Minimum required education - high school graduate or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate well with internal and external customers both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to train and direct others to complete daily tasks and help others develop
  • Must provide premier customer service, promote growth, and be dedicated to excellence
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record

Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
