We are now hiring for a Full-Time Warehouse Manager for our rapidly expanding Electrical Supplies business. This position will be located at our Depew, NY branch.
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7:30AM – 4:30PM with a 30-minute lunch break
It is the objective of this position to maintain the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and safety in the warehousing, picking, and shipping of products to the customer. Our warehouse operations is a fast-paced, industrialized environment where our commitment to our customers is demonstrated by operational excellence in all areas.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Direct achievement of performance objectives related to productivity, quality, service, and safety.
- Ensure procedures are observed, implemented and enforced.
- Ensure a safe working environment and follow safety regulations.
- Ensure warehouse employees receive training.
- Ensure accurate time, attendance, and performance management records are maintained.
- Maintain positive employee relations and morale.
- Assist in developing and documenting warehouse processes.
- Establish and monitor performance standards for warehouse functions, including pick, pack, and ship.
- Process returned merchandise.
- Establish and monitor performance standards for equipment, assembly, housekeeping, etc.

Physical Requirements
- Work is physically strenuous and workers are required to lift heavy packages up to 50 pounds.
- Work may require excessive bending or stooping.
- Employee is required to walk long distances repeatedly throughout the day.
- Employee is required to climb ladders.
- Employee is required to use hand tools.
- Employee uses heavy machinery (e.g., forklift, etc.).
