Warehouse Team Members are responsible for assisting with the movement of all stock held in the warehouse, managing the order processing and ensuring that the accountability and accuracy of all transactions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensures that all incoming goods are covered by a Purchase Order as well as Delivery Order/Packing Slip/Invoice.
• Ensures all internal customers are afforded prompt, efficient and courteous service at all times.
• Ensures all stock is securely and accurately maintained.
• Monitors the level of stocks held to achieve the level of stocks needed to meet our customers’ needs without having excessive holdings.
• Effectively communicates with departments with respect to identifying their needs and resolving supply issues in terms of product and quantity.
• Ensures all stock holding are properly maintained, including rotation of stocks, monitoring of slow moving and close to code lines, in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
• Assists with providing input into monthly status reports in respect to stores operations, identifying issues requiring attention by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• HS Diploma required.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred
• Must possess computer literacy and ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite of products. Past experience with AS400 systems is a plus.
• Must possess analytical and reasoning skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; general understand of hotel and business operations preferred.
• Must possess valid Driver’s License. (CDL Class B required for Driver position)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
