As a Warehouse employee , you work behind the scenes to ensure our summer operation can run smoothly each and every day! The position is located at one of the following locations: Canyon, Lake, Old Faithful, or Gardiner, MT. Learn more about the Warehouse Team.
The Details
- Position Type: Full time, Seasonal
- Season Dates: April 2023 - December 2023. Actual season will vary depending on the position and location.
- Schedule: 5 days a week, 2 consecutive days off. Hours may vary depending on business needs, staffing levels, and time of season. Time and a half is paid above 40 hours.

Warehouse Lead - $17/hour
- Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. May also be asked to pass a DOT physical.
- Supervising warehouse team
- Responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, transferring, or returning all products that the warehouse handles.
- Handle, distribute, and file all documents necessary to support warehouse transactions
- Develop and maintain positive communication and teamwork with all co-workers and supervisors: warehouse crew, kitchen managers, storekeepers, and beverage personnel.
- Perform physical count of all inventory items on a regular basis and follow up on discrepancies and track errors.
- Responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing all products that the warehouse handles.
- Establishing and maintaining order in all warehouse storage areas.
- Rotating all products to represent a “First In-First Out” philosophy of product usage.
Warehouse Assistant Lead - $16.25/hour
- Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. May also be asked to pass a DOT physical.
- Responsible for acting relief when Lead has days off.
- Supervising warehouse team
- Assisting Warehouse Crew with their day-to-day responsibilities (receiving, storing, and issuing all products that the warehouse handles)
- Rotating all products to represent a “First In-First Out” philosophy of product usage.
Warehouse Crew - $15.50/hour
- Responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing all products that the warehouse handles.
- Establishing and maintaining order in all warehouse storage areas.
- Rotating all products to represent a “First In-First Out” philosophy of product usage.
Retail Distribution Center Associate - $15/hour
- Assist with receiving and distribution of goods to and from the distribution center located in Gardiner, MT (right outside the Yellowstone gate), including the loading and unloading of shipments from different carriers.
- Accurately and efficiently receive, price, package and distribute merchandise received in the distribution center; keeping paperwork legible.
- Maintain a neat and orderly warehouse.
We are looking for candidates that are self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills to work in our warehouse. You are responsible at times for responding to multiple demands at once, so the ability to effectively prioritize is critical for this position.
Please note, that the following physical tasks will be required but are not limited to:
- Must be able to walk for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours.
- Must be able to lift and carry a maximum of 70 pounds.
- Must be able to bend, stretch, and reach for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 - 70 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
