We are a small family-oriented E-commerce company that sells automotive touchup and spray paint throughout the US. We are looking for a full-time high-energy, reliable individual to process and package product orders and complete other tasks related to order fulfillment.

General Description: The Fulfillment Specialist primary job responsibility is to package and ship all orders, communicate with our production team to manage inventory. Other tasks include, assisting with other shop related tasks such as: labeling, product production and assisting customers. Pay increases for improved productivity & quality.

Essential Functions:

• Pick, package and ship products
• Prep containers for fulfillment
• Dispense primer and clearcoat into touch up jars
• Print can, jar, glass labels and instructional inserts
• Maintain work area cleanliness and stock stations
• Assemble components into kits

Knowledge, skill and abilities required:

• HS diploma or GED
• Proven ability to perform repetitive tasks with high efficiency, with a focus on continuous process and quality improvement
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity and perform work at a level which promotes a positive image of ERA Paints within the organization as well as to our marketplace

Work Environment:

• Warehouse environment with light exposure to paint fumes and air compressor noise
• We are located close to the Tigard Bus/Max station
• Our hours are in the range of 6:30AM to 3:00PM

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to stand for 80% of a standard working day
• Must be able to lift 1-15 lbs occasionally, and 16-50 infrequently
• Must be able to perform repetitive movements
