Who are we at VGM Fulfillment?
VGM Fulfillment is national leader is CPAP machine and resupply order fulfillment. As an employee-owned company, every person at VGM has a personal stake in seeing business succeed. We do this by taking responsibility from our customers for the key operations of order fulfillment: picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management. Our network of fulfillment centers is strategically located throughout the United States providing coverage to all 50 states. This role needs to be present onsite at our warehouse location in Shiremanstown, PA.

Key Role Summary

Supervisors
will provide leadership and management of all warehouse operations. It is important for the supervisor to have a general awareness and knowledge of all aspects of the business.
  • This role is required to be bilingual.

The Supervisor role is considered a safety-sensitive position and as such, falls within the parameters of VGM Fulfillment’s Drug-free Workplace Policy.

Working Location:
Shiremanstown, PA., presence onsite at the warehouse is required
Working Hours: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 6am-6:30pm

Key Qualifications and Physical Requirements
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Detail-oriented with drive to complete goals timely and accurately
  • Capable of working overtime if needed including extra hours during the week and some Saturday mornings
  • Standing and walking throughout the facility for extended periods of time
  • Operation of warehouse machinery and equipment
  • Visual abilities to include reading, distance vision and peripheral vision
  • Strict adherence to all physical safety standards
  • On feet for 75% of the workday
  • Ability to react quickly and move quickly to various locations throughout the building as needed by the operation
  • At least 50% of daily time dedicated to being “on the floor” available to assist associates and other personnel
