The Warranty/Booker Administrator is responsible for processing warranty claims and booking repair orders in the day-to-day operation of the Service Department.

Pay Scale Information:

$19 - $33 / hour

Responsibilities

• Check all repair orders for compliance exceptions such as signatures and documentation
• Flag appropriate technicians for the hours earned on the jobs they perform according to manufacturers guidelines
• Review all repair paperwork to ensure proper documentation and verify criteria
• Assist in maintaining accurate service customer information
• Communicate with service advisors and technicians to assure repair order billing is correct
• Check repairs against vehicle's service history to avoid duplicate claims and overpaying technicians
• Assist in monthly close as needed and requested by Service Manager
• Generate production reports as specified by management
• Assist in generating and distributing technician time flag and payroll reports
• Process submissions for extended Warranty claims (JM&A, MOC Claims, Tire Claims, etc.)
• Provide document requests to Audi
• Review service appointments and enter customer data in Google Docs to meet service customer retention goals
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in booking/warranty for automotive dealership
• Organized and Detail oriented
• Accuracy in data entry skills a must
• Maintain a high degree of courtesy and professionalism
