We are looking for a Warranty Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of Mustang's Warranty department operations. Responsibilities include: • Employee management (hiring, managing, development, discipline, etc.) • Work closely with service supervisors, customers, and other dealers to answer questions and resolve warranty related issues • Interpret job folders and submit claims to Caterpillar • Prepare Send-It-Back parts returns • Register new machine and engine warranty coverage • Maintain machine and engine delivery records Position requirements: • College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or other related field • Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements • 3 years of warranty related experience • Previous supervisory and leadership experience • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications • Experience with DBS, SIS, SIMSI, SIB, ADZ142 programs • Professional communication skills (verbal and written) • Able to work in a fast-paced environment To be successful in this role, you must be able to work with a high level of organization and detail, as well as demonstrate the ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet the needs of Mustang's customers. Strongly preferred experience: • Bilingual English/Spanish • Knowledge of CAT equipment Mustang Cat is a licensed Caterpillar dealer that provides new and used construction equipment, machinery, power systems, rentals, servicing, and more.
