  • Hybrid (Face to face and Telehealth) ONLY. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE TO NEW YORK CITY TO WORK. YOU MUST HAVE A NEW YORK STATE RN LICENSE. $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS TO BE PAID IN FIVE INSTALLMENTS AFTER 3 MONTHS OF WORK.

Employers looking for dynamic, dedicated, experienced homecare Registered Nurse Assessors with an active NYS Registered Nurses license and NYS Drivers license/NYS ID to conduct (Initial and recertification) by using the UAS-NY. Position Hybrid (Face to face and Telehealth)

Will train selected nurses without UAS-NY experienced should they have the homecare in-home/Community experience.

Must have own vehicle and/or willing to take other mode of transportation to and from each members.

Must have at least two (2) years homecare experience working for a (CHHA, LHCSA, MLTC, Hospice with homecare experience, experience as a homecare LPN or Home Health Aide counts towards your two years of experience) at least 1 year of UAS experience is ideal.

Must have New York State RN license and BLS certification
