This individual will work closely with other In-House Agency teams from development through production and final delivery. In this role, you will:
- Develop responsive landing pages, microsites, and emails using HTML5, PHP, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, Bootstrap, and similar coding systems
- Design client/server interactions, set up databases, and online tracking/reporting systems that are responsive, secure, highly accessible, reliable, and fast
- Leverage smart practices, scripting, or automation to streamline work and maintain consistency
- Develop reusable libraries of code and design components
- Test web pages to ensure compatibility with various desktop and mobile browsers
- Maintain and optimize component libraries using In-House Agency Design System Manager (DSM)
- Ideate unique and innovative solutions for production-ready digital deliverables
- Understand and apply tracking codes accurately across campaign elements
- Adhere to brand standards, digital governance, digital accessibility, and compliance policies
- Coordinate work efforts, communicate status updates and downstream implications
- Identify new solutions and opportunities and provide training to team
- 4+ years of Online and Digital Product Design, Information Sciences, Graphic, and Visual Arts experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience developing responsive websites, landing pages and microsites with WordPress and SharePoint
- Experience working as a full stack developer in an agency or in-house environment
- Experience coding in PHP, JavaScript/jQuery, Bootstrap, or similar
- Experience working in code hosting platforms like GitHub
- Experience with ADA coding best practices and WCAG 2.1 Level AAA compliance
- Experience with web development tools (i.e. Figma, Node.js, React, VS Code, BrowserStack or Litmus)
