Adam & Eve is looking for a positive and hardworking manager for our brand new West Valley location. We need a “can-do” personality with a thirst for success. We strive to be West Valley's number one in customer service and professionalism and are looking for a manager who will embody our values. Management includes customer service, sales, hiring, terminating, housekeeping, and whatever else it takes to ensure the store’s success. We look forward to hearing from you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Hiring and filling staff positions for the store
• Training new staff on product knowledge, policies, and duties
• Continuing the knowledge and salesmanship skills of current employees
• Creating and managing schedules for staff
• Positively leading a team of sales staff by example
• Inventorying store on a regular basis
• Maintaining store cleanliness daily
• Counting and ensuring the accuracy of tills and bank deposits
• Running a Point of Sale system
• Consistent communication with general manager

Knowledge and Skills:

• Must have a high school diploma
• Proficient reading and writing skills
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Organization and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
