Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 plus commission annually
Position Summary: Developing & Building Talent!
The Area Manager is a motivator and mentor responsible for developing and coaching a team of Sales Managers and Retail Sales Associates who can successfully execute all company initiatives while ensuring that all financial results meet or exceed plan. This position will champion and facilitate the execution of all new company initiatives, as well as compliance with Carrier’s expectations.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum Three Years of Recent Wireless Management experience
- Exhibit strong business acumen in order to properly identify factors influencing performance and the ability to provide a solution and an action plan that will positively affect performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to lead, communicate and inspire teams; strong human resource skills required
- Strong organizational skills required
- Ability to analyze results, forecast, makes sound decisions, and takes responsibility
Job Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Ensures good financial results and profitability through execution of the fundamentals of customer service and operations
- Focuses on key competitors and growth opportunities within the market and/or district and communicates findings to the Operations Director. This includes possible store start-ups and acquisitions
- Help solve problems that affect the stores service, efficiency, and productivity
- Demonstrate and practice the company vision and culture
- Participate in the interviewing and hiring process of the most qualified managers to meet the district's needs
- Oversee preparation of merchandise placement and displays
- Review operational reports and records to ensure adherence to Company policies/procedures, monitor store profitability, and manage payroll budgets
- Oversee compliance of Store Managers with established Company policies/ standards, such as safekeeping of Company funds and property, personnel practices, security, sales, record-keeping procedures, and overall maintenance of the stores by performing required
- Delivery/Coaching of Correction Action and or Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), with each individual location
- Delivery of a measurement plan with key performance indicators (KPIs)
