Your Role

In this position at Kuehne Nagel, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in keeping our warehouse facility running – which will be appreciated by all of our employers on site. Reporting to the Contract Logistics Warehouse Supervisors, you will be the technical and operational interface and “go-to guru” between IT and Operations as it relates to the initial deployment, training, configuration and support of our Kuehne+Nagel WMS application In this newly created role, you will have the opportunity to implement a new warehouse application system - ensuring that all warehouse systems are operating smoothly - and that our customers are getting an exceptional service experience

Your Responsibilities

• You will provide implementation support / coordination of WMS to include: Initial warehouse and customer configuration, user training within the facility for Go live preparation and application testing with IT, customer and local users.
• You will provide post implementation support (1st level) for local site operational issues and (re) configuration requirements for continuous improvement projects.
• Specification and delivery of local reporting requirements.
• Local user training and administration of associated documentation.
• You will support new release testing against customer requirements.
• You will identify and recommend change controls to support operational enhancements and fixes.
• IT Network troubleshooting.
• Relocation packages are available for candidates out of state.

Your Skills and Experiences

• 2+ years of WMS Experience
• Proficient in Microsoft excel
• Implementation experience would be ideal
• AS400 knowledge

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
