Job description
As a Spray Dry Operator or Mixer, you will be:
Responsible for manufacturing emulsions and spray dry products support to the Production Department.
Duties and responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned if they are required:
- Accurately scan, weigh, and record ingredients to produce spray dry emulsions.
- Knowledge of basic principles of spray drying, including equipment flow and functions (will train onsite)
- Perform proper spray dryer and supporting equipment cleaning procedures.
- Properly operate a forklift (will train onsite).
- Understand Raw Material code, Lot numbering, and WMS locator systems
- Some Forklift experience is required
The position Hours and Pay are:
3rd Shift, Monday through Friday, 9 pm to 7:30 am, $19/hr
Work Experience
The preferred candidate will have the following experience:
- Experience in Mixing and or Spray Dry operations.
- Know how to read and interpret documents/batch tickets properly.
- Experience with any forklift within the past year.
- Great attention to detail
- A drive to succeed and be well motivated.
