Three Rivers District Health Department is recruiting a self-motivated, energetic, passionate individual to fill current opening for Workforce Development Coordinator.

General Duties: Effectively leads, promotes, and delivers tools to improve health outcomes by ​enhancing the training, skills, and performance of our public health workforce. Promotes the mission, vision, and values of Three Rivers through employee retention and recruitment efforts. Offers technical assistance through strategic workforce planning to our employees. Identifies goals, assesses challenges and opportunities, analyzes the workforce environment then develops a road map to meet the workforce needs of the future.

Preferred Education, Training or Experience: Degree from an accredited college or university. Position is relevant to (but not limited to) those with various education and/or work experience in Community/Economic Development, Public Policy, Public Relations, Marketing, or Public Health. Must be able to travel within the district area, as well as attend trainings elsewhere; travel is reimbursed.

Starting salary: Salary is commensurate with education and experience. Excellent fringe benefits and many opportunities for growth.
