Job description
The Company:
Skagit Soils Inc. has been recycling green and organic waste for over 30 years. Serving Skagit, Whatcom, Snohomish, Island and San Juan counties, our state-of-the-art facility diverts organics away from our landfills and produces high quality compost mulch, general soil mix, beauty bark, and gravel. In February of 2020, Lautenbach Recycling and Skagit Soils began a partnership that has expanded the services and capabilities of both companies. Quality products and outstanding customer service are our priorities!
The Position:

The preferred candidate will have demonstrated exceptional customer service. Loader experience would be a plus, but we can train. Working in the yard would include sorting non-compostables from incoming yard waste in all weather conditions and operating different types of equipment (loaders, turners, screening plants). Work schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4 pm and could include working an occasional Saturday from 730 am - 4 pm.
If you’re ready for a new career that encourages personal ownership with a growing company, we would love to talk with you!
