Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or currently in school pursuing degree

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience teaching in a childcare program

- Patient and nurturing personality

- Highly organized, dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and creative

Responsibilities include:

- Assist the lead teacher in creating and implementing a developmentally appropriate educational program

- Ensure children are always supervised

- Maintain an organized and clean classroom
