We have an exciting opening for the role of ZERO& - Head of Operations to join our growing business! Our vision is to make tasty and healthy food and beverage more accessible to everyone. We are now operating at San Francisco Hayes valley, Westfield SF, Stoneridge Shopping Center and Santa Rosa mall for fruit tea and bakery products, and we are on a mission to serve millions of customers globally by opening dozens of stores in the next few years. Responsibilities

In charge of full function of ZERO& store operations, include new store launching, planning, regional P&L, store level daily SOP, etc.;

Develop strategies and break it down to each store to achieve financial, operational and customer-service goals;

Motivate, coach and build store management leadership team; Highly involved in culture development, empowerment, etc.;

Provide expertise on key customer issues, team staffing and management, store operations and company policies and procedures;

Work with cross functional teams to achieve functional OKR
