PAY RANGE:
$600-$900 per week (hourly equivalent)

Staff, train, and develop strong team members to achieve Little Caesars goals of customer satisfaction and profitability.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Manager will ensure the restaurant is prepared to meet the needs of customers and work diligently to ensure each customer is satisfied with the service and product they receive.
The Manager will be responsible for building sales and controlling costs by using all cost control tools and processes. They trouble shoot operational problems and find acceptable solutions.
We will provide the training you need in all aspects of operating a Little Caesars Pizza restaurant.
SCHEDULE
The Manager will be scheduled to work approximately 52 hours each week, averaging 10 hour shifts for 5 days per week. Schedule will include weekends and closing at least 2 nights per week. Restaurant hours of operation are generally 9 am to 10 pm.
REQUIREMENTS
- Be 21 years of age
- Possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle with insurance as a primary driver
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent and posses basic math skills
- ServSafe certified (preferred)
- Have a "can-do" attitude and willing to lead by example
- Be able to lift, push, or pull up to 55 pounds
- Be able to crouch or squat to lift items from the floor
- Be able to withstand temperatures of over 90 degrees in the summer, and below freezing in the winter.
- Be able to work with oven temperatures of 650 degrees
- One year equivalent experience
- 6 months experience in management (preferred)
