WAREHOUSE LOADER FOR CORWIN BEVERAGE COMPANY IN RIDGEFIELD

SHIFT AVAILABLE: MONDAY through FRIDAY from 4:00PM to 12:30AM. We are heading into peak season - Overtime will be required!

COMPENSATION: $22.21 - $26.09 an hour + $1000 Sign on/Retention BONUS

What you will be doing:

The Warehouse Loader team provides comprehensive labor support to the warehouse while upholding the highest standards of quality and performance. This individual is motivated to contribute through a passion for customer service, safety, and efficiency and leverage their superior knowledge of the industry. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Flawlessly complete all tasks assigned by supervisor to include use of an electric pallet jack to build loads, wrap pallets, use a handheld to verify accuracy of orders, and all other tasks related to warehouse loaders
• Strategically leverage industry best practices and assist in development of new best practices
• Proactively completes sanitation, cleaning and general labor in warehouse and on property
• Meticulously maintains breakage and product returns
• Accurately completes paperwork with highest attention to detail
• SHIFT AVAILABLE: FULL TIME Monday through Friday from 4:00PM to 12:30AM.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates):

• Valid driver’s license & clean 3 yr. driving record: 3 YEAR DRIVING RECORD PERFORMED
• Forklift and electric pallet jack certified preferred (or ability to obtain. We also train)

COMPENSATION

• Warehouse Loader hourly break in rate ($20.03 - $23.56) and pension rate
• $1000 SIGN ON/RETENTION BONUS
• Union benefits package for eligible employees
• Member in good standing with the Teamsters Local 58

OTHER INFORMATION

• Qualified candidates must be able to lift up to 80 pounds and lift 50 pounds constantly during an 8-hour shift; must be able to stand and walk for at least 8 hours per day
• SHIFT AVAILABLE: FULL TIME Monday through Friday from 4:00PM to 12:30AM.
• MUST PASS A PRE EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN INCLUDING THC
• 7 YEAR BACKGROUND CHECK
• Over time work may be required after hours, on weekends and holidays
