Worthington Industries is hiring 3rd shift Production Associates (10:30pm - 6:30am) at our Columbus Steel facility. We offer competitive pay s tarting at $20/ hour and pay for experience . In addition to that,

• We pay $1.00/hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts
• We’re offering $1500 in sign-on bonuses
• Opportunity to earn quarterly attendance bonuses up to $1,250/year.
• We pay out quarterly profit-sharing checks
• We work 8-hour shifts, Sunday - Thursday and do not rotate shifts.
• Weekend overtime (as needed) is paid at 1.5x your hourly rate up to 8 hours and double time is paid for anything over 8 hours in a week
