St. Philip’s College is a Historically Black College and Hispanic-Serving Institution with a population of approximately 13,000 students. Of that enrollment: 36% are Pell Grant recipients; 10% are veterans; 84% are enrolled part-time; and 57% are female. We seek faculty experienced in developing course content and delivering instructional practices, as well as staff experienced in delivering supportive services, for diverse populations who have the ability to communicate issues and concerns faced by racially minoritized students.

Job Summary and Description
Responsible for overseeing the operation of assigned center and/or program ensuring district, college, faculty and student objectives are met.
Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or combination of education, training and experience that equates to the required degree.
- Three years of directly related experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree in related field.
- Five or more years directly related experience
- Extensive IT knowledge & experience.
- Curriculum deployment & development.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Licenses or certifications may be required depending on area of assignment.
