Job description
FUNCTION: An Account Executive (AE) is responsible for driving business development through effective prospecting of target customers and driving revenue and gross profit growth. This dynamic position encompasses the full-cycle sales process including prospecting and cold calling, executing new service agreements, identifying client requirements and needs, overseeing staffing and solutions delivery, and customer care and follow through. The ideal person for this role is highly driven, self motivated, has outstanding client presentation abilities and has superior communication and interpersonal skills. This position will report to the Regional VP of Sales or Branch Director and will work collaboratively with members of Recruiting, Human Resources, Legal and Finance.

Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
